MemorialSpace is transforming how cemeteries, memorial parks, churches, municipalities, and funeral service providers manage operations through modern digital technology. We are looking for a **Customer Onboarding Specialist** to help new customers successfully implement and adopt the MemorialSpace platform.
**Key Responsibilities**
------------------------
* Lead the onboarding process for new cemetery and memorial park customers.
* Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer workflows and operational requirements.
* Configure cemetery maps, burial plots, records, and platform settings.
* Deliver online and onsite product training sessions.
* Assist customers with data migration and implementation activities.
* Coordinate with technical and product teams to ensure successful deployments.
* Monitor onboarding milestones and ensure timely go\-live.
* Develop training materials, onboarding guides, and customer documentation.
* Build strong relationships with cemetery operators, administrators, and management teams.
* Support customers during the transition from legacy systems to MemorialSpace.
**Requirements**

✅ Experience in Customer Success, Customer Onboarding, Software Implementation, or Account Management
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✅ Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple implementations
✅ Customer\-focused mindset with strong problem\-solving skills
✅ Willingness to travel when required
**Preferred Qualifications**
----------------------------
* Experience in SaaS or enterprise software implementation
* Experience working with cemeteries, memorial parks, municipalities, churches, or funeral homes
* GIS, mapping, or records management experience is a plus
* CRM experience (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
