Customer Experience Associate

We are currently looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills, a compassionate and professional demeanor and the ability to communicate confidently for the position of Customer Experience Associate. This role plays a key part in supporting families and guests visiting Green Hills Memorial Park by helping create a respectful, seamless, and meaningful service experience. The Customer Experience Associate assists with graveside services, welcomes and guides visitors throughout the park, and works closely with multiple departments to ensure every service is carried out with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and able to interact with families with empathy and clarity while upholding Green Hills’ standards, values, and commitment to excellence. This role is well suited for someone who takes pride in serving families with care and dignity in a memorial park environment where every interaction matters. This individual should be present, pleasant, and positive in all interactions while maintaining a calm and attentive presence. Strong attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to a dynamic environment where priorities may shift throughout the day. This is a full\-time position scheduled Thursday through Monday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Candidates must be available to work these days and hours.
