Crew Leader JobID: 1069 + City of Bowling Green Jobs/Full Time Positions + 4/2/2026 + Parks \& Recreation \- Maintenance + 04/22/2026 **"Make it Beautiful, Keep it Beautiful!"** **Lead by example, get hands\-on, and make a lasting impact!** **WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:** + Lead a dedicated team while actively working alongside staff to keep cemetery grounds safe, respectful, and beautifully maintained. + Conduct regular inspections of cemetery grounds to ensure quality, compliance, and respectful appearance. + Plan and coordinate daily assignments, equipment, and resources to ensure smooth operations. + Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and safety of equipment such as tractors, mowers, backhoes, and hand tools. + Oversee and participate in projects with care, safety, and attention to detail. + Maintain accurate records and reports to support efficient operations. + Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safe practices for all staff. + Engage with the public and City departments, fostering positive relationships and trust. **SALARY:** + Pay Grade G6; $54,633 annually **WORK HOURS:** + 40 hrs. a week; Monday through Friday, 7:00 am \- 3:30 p.m.; weekend work required **If you're ready to take this on, the requirements are below:** **REQUIREMENTS:** + **Associate's degree or equivalent vocational/college education.** + **3 \- 5 years of relevant experience.** + **Valid Driver's License; specific certifications may be required.**
