As we continue to grow, we are seeking an detail oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a **Crematory Operator**. **Responsibilities** **Crematory Operations** * Operate and maintain human crematory equipment in compliance with all state, federal, and OSHA regulations. * Follow established procedures for identification, documentation, and chain of custody for remains. * Perform routine equipment maintenance and report any malfunctions. * Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, ensuring respectful handling of all decedents. * Complete necessary paperwork, logs, and records with accuracy and attention to detail. **Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established protocols. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to lift 75\+ lbs. and perform manual labor when necessary. * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. * Previous experience in funeral service, crematory operations, or related field a plus, but not required—training will be provided. **What We Offer** * Competitive pay and benefits package. * Hands\-on training in crematory operations. * Support for professional development and mortuary science education. * A respectful, team\-oriented work environment with a focus on service excellence.
