**Job Summary:**
We’re seeking a highly creative and organized Content Creator \& Social Media Manager to shape the digital voice of two meaningful brands — a community\-rooted funeral home and a luxury event venue. This individual will be responsible for planning, capturing, creating, and managing original content across platforms. You’ll drive storytelling that comforts, inspires, and connects, while also highlighting the beauty and energy of our event space.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars for both brands.
* Capture high\-quality photos and videos during services, events, and behind\-the\-scenes moments.
* Edit content for maximum emotional impact and engagement.
* Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
* Collaborate with families, vendors, community partners, and influencers to expand reach.
* Monitor trends, analytics, and community engagement.
* Schedule content in advance and ensure timely, respectful representation for all postings.
* Ensure content aligns with brand tone—professional and compassionate for the funeral home; vibrant and upscale for the venue.
* Capture all services for funeral firm and events at venue location
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in content creation, videography, editing, and social media management.
* Familiarity with funeral industry sensitivity and cultural respect.
* Strong aesthetic sense and storytelling ability.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
* Ability to multitask and adjust tone across two distinct brands.
* Open availability for the weekends
* Capture team content
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: $500\.00 \- $1,000\.00 per week
