We serve veterinary clinics and pet families who view their pets as part of the family. **Position Summary** We are seeking a dependable and compassionate **Clinic Service Representative/Driver (CSR)**. This role involves transporting pets from veterinary clinics and residences, supporting front office operations, and assisting with daily cremation processes. This position requires professionalism, empathy, and strong attention to detail. **Responsibilities** * Transport pets using company vehicle (clinics, homes, facility) * Deliver cremated remains and supplies to veterinary clinics * Maintain accurate records of pickups and returns * Ensure proper documentation and identification for each pet * Assist with: * Client communication and phone support * Explaining services and pricing * Intake procedures (weighing, paw prints, preparation) * Processing remains and preparing urns * Maintain cleanliness of facility and vehicles * Build positive relationships with clinic partners and clients **Requirements** * Compassionate, dependable, and detail\-oriented * Animal lover with strong empathy for grieving families * Ability to lift up to **50 lbs independently** * Valid driver’s license with **clean driving record (10\+ years)** * Reliable transportation * Professional appearance and communication skills * Ability to work in heat and various weather conditions * Must pass **drug screening and background check** * Strong work ethic and reliability required **Work Environment** * Drug\-free workplace (subject to testing) * 90\-day probationary period * Family\-oriented, supportive team **Serious inquiries only.
