**JOB OVERVIEW** Join our dedicated Grounds Crew as a Cemetery Maintenance Worker, where you'll play a vital role in honoring loved ones and providing comfort to visitors. Your efforts will ensure that the cemetery remains a peaceful, well\-kept environment that reflects respect and care. We offer a regular weekly work schedule and **year\-round employment**; competitive pay and benefits. On\-the\-job training is provided, and opportunities to learn different skills are available. Our weekly schedule is Monday\-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and every other Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We work year\-round, regardless of the weather. If you have questions about the job, please call or text (817\) 401\-5537\. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Our cemetery employees perform a variety of tasks including: * Burial set\-ups. * Interments and entombments. * Memorial and Marker installation and maintenance. * Irrigation of cemetery grounds. * Maintenance of cemetery grounds when needed. * Other cemetery, groundskeeper, and landscaping duties as needed. **REQUIREMENTS** To perform the job, you need: * Dependable and reliable attendance. * Enjoy working outside. * Current Texas driver's license with a insurable driving record. * Ability to communicate with our customers. * Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. * Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. * Prior large equipment experience will be helpful but is not required. Training provided for specialized tasks and equipment operation.
