Responsibilities * Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including backhoes, for grave preparation and related tasks. * Perform groundskeeping duties such as landscaping, mowing, trimming, and general upkeep of cemetery grounds. * Assist with setting markers, monuments, and memorial structures. * Ensure all work is completed with precision, respect, and pride. * Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition. * Support funeral services as needed with setup and logistics. Qualifications * Experience operating a backhoe or similar heavy equipment is required. * Strong work ethic and attention to detail. * Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. * Commitment to treating cemetery grounds and visitors with respect. * Reliable, professional, and team\-oriented attitude.
