Committed to providing compassionate care and high\-quality grounds maintenance, we serve families with integrity, respect, and dedication to preserving our heritage for future generations. **Job Summary** The General Laborer position offers a starting pay of $16\.00 per hour during the initial 90\-day period. This is a full\-time opportunity that requires employees to work every Saturday; however, every Sunday is guaranteed off, along with another day off during the week. Employees are also eligible to participate in the AFLAC group plan, providing added benefits.Candidates must have completed a high school diploma or possess an equivalent credential. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required, and while experience with heavy machinery is considered valuable, it is not mandatory. Applicants should be physically capable of moving and lifting heavy objects and must be comfortable working outdoors in Cleveland’s varying weather conditions. General Laborers are responsible for all functions related to the setup of cemetery services. They provide assistance with the installation of cemetery vaults when needed and are expected to operate machinery or equipment relevant to their assigned tasks, always maintaining a strong focus on safety. Due to the nature of the work, impeccable attendance is crucial in this role. To ensure all employees are well\-prepared, comprehensive on\-site training is provided to all new hires.
