Cemetery Administrator

They will also be a multi\-tasker who is detail oriented. **Benefits Include**: · Medical, Dental, and Vision · 401k with employer match **Job Duties:** · Maintain daily administrative and office tasks for all aspects of the cemetery business · Computer work including incoming/outgoing email, office programs (especially excel), tracking cemetery data, and cemetery specific software · Telephone and in\-person communication · Process mail · Filing and organizing paperwork and maintaining files including family information and relevant cemetery documents · Scan checks, process payments, and collections · Receive incoming cemetery materials, package and process outgoing or return materials for shipment, may involve lifting/carrying with or without assistance · Monthly inventory and physical counts of cemetery materials · Special projects and other duties as assigned **Requirements:** · High school diploma or equivalent · 2\+ years experience · Able to pass background and drug screenings EOE – All applications held in confidence Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $14\.00 \- $16\.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Experience: * Administration: 2 years (Preferred) * Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
