Bereavement Coordinator

Paramount Health Resources is currently seeking a highly motivated Bereavement Coordinator. We are a young, culture\-driven organization that is growing rapidly and seeking a hard\-working leader to join our hospice team. **POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES (included but are not limited to):** * Supports the strategic vision of the Company as well as the day\-to\-day oversight of activities designed to grow and enhance the success of the Company. * Work within our senior living facilities to cultivate new leads and maintain relationships that will improve census. * Provides bereavement services according to the Bereavement Plan of Care (BPOC) or seeks IDT consult in revision to the BPOC as necessary. * Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate needs and services of the family/significant others. **QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Theology, or related field. * Master’s degree preferred. * Certification or specialized training in bereavement is a plus. * Experience supporting grieving individuals and families. * Ability to build relationships across diverse cultural, spiritual, and socioeconomic backgrounds. **BENEFITS:** * Next Day Pay * Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance * Paid Time Off * Personal Days * Life Insurance * 401k * Free Meals and parking * AND SO MUCH MORE! \#INDMISC Paramount is an Equal Opportunity Employer
