Advance Planning Specialist - Sales

Sunset Funeral Home, Cremation Center \& Cemetery has served Evansville\-area families since 1950\. We’re hiring an **Advance Planning Sales Specialist** to help local families prepare for one of life’s certainties — and to do work that genuinely matters in this community. **What You’ll Be Doing** You’ll meet with families and help them make decisions they’ve been putting off for years. Some of your appointments will come from our marketing and advertising. Others you’ll generate yourself through cold calling, referrals, and community connections. Some meetings happen in our offices. Others will happen at kitchen tables. You’ll listen more than you talk. You’ll handle objections like “we’ll think about it” without flinching. You’ll follow up when other people would have quit. And you’ll close, because families who plan ahead are genuinely better off than families who don’t — and that conviction will come through in every conversation. **Who We're Looking For** * You’ve sold something before — insurance, financial services, real estate, automotive, in\-home services, B2B — and you have the numbers to prove it. * You’re comfortable asking for the sale. Multiple times.
