Qualified applicants will possess a high school diploma (though an associate’s degree or higher in a related field is preferred), along with one year of experience in this or a related area. They must be a licensed insurance agent or have the ability to acquire the necessary licenses. Applicants must enjoy working with people and helping them select from a range of services and merchandise. Basic office and computer skills are a must, and organizational skills and attention to detail are vital to ensure that all arrangements are made to each family’s satisfaction. **Compensation** * $20,000 base salary, plus commissions (Range: $20,000 to $80,000 annually) Monthly \& Annual bonus availability if company sales levels are achieved * **Benefits** * Health, Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life Insurance, Voluntary Life, Child Life, Legal, Accident \& Critical Illness * 401(k) eligibility after 60 days.
